As I recently moved from Bangalore to Delhi
I started dreaming about exploring north India. Being north Indian I never got
chance to travel anywhere since I was in college. I completed my graduation at
Bangalore and came back to my home city. I started working at Delhi and life
became more pleasant. I have group of
friends with whom I love to spend my weekends and spare time usually, so I we
were planning for trip and one of my friend who visited Shimla before suggested
us to explore Shimla. We decided to reveal the true beauty of Shimla. Now the
main problem was how to travel, as we all had common problem that we don’t know
driving we decided to book Shimla
tour package by cab. The trip was for 3 Night and 4 days and that was
enough according to us to explore the place. I am going to share day wise trip experience
with you hope you would like it.
Day 1
Delhi-Shimla
We took cab for Shimla at night, we asked travel agent to
arrange Innova as I feel very comfortable by innova. It took around 12 hours to
reach Shimla.
Day 2
Shimla Arrival & Local Sightseeing
After arrival at Shimla we checked in to the hotel after
some rest we started visiting local places like Mall Road, Ridge, Church,
Lakker Bazar. After full day exploring
around Shimla we came back to Hotel and freshen up for Dinner. The place was
colder than we expected so we prepared for that with warm clothes and blankets.
After an overnight journey we were completely tired but in excitement whole day
we didn’t took rest for a second, so once I went to bed I don’t remember when I
slept.
Day 3
Shimla (Kufri)
It’s the day 3rd after Breakfast we went to visit Kufri , Green Valley , Mini Zoo ,
ChiniBunglow., White Flower Hall , Halipad , Bhimakali Temple , Indira Gandhi
Tourist Park , Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla
town - The Mall & The Ridge. Today I enjoyed a lot as I visited Kufri and
experienced the natural snow. I felt I was in heaven the white and green
mountain was heart melting. After the whole day exploring we came back to
hotel, we freshen up and took dinner and spent another night at hotel.
Day 4
Shimla to Delhi
It was the last day of trip and my heart way saying just
leave everything and stay here for forever, but emotions apart we travelled
back to Delhi and that trip will remain unforgettable life time.
